Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and who processes it.

1. What we collect

When you request access through the contact form we store your name, email, phone or Telegram, the segment and unit count you choose, your message, and the campaign tags (UTM) of the link that brought you here — so we know which of our posts actually help people find us.

When you use the application we store the account data you provide (name, email) and the content you enter: properties, units, tenants, leases, invoices, payments, documents. We also record a daily activity mark per user, used only to understand whether the product is genuinely useful.

2. What we use it for

To provide the service, to contact you about your access request, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing email without your consent.

3. Cookies and analytics

The application uses cookies that are strictly necessary for signing in (session and CSRF). On the public pages we use Google Analytics to count visits — its cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner; if you decline, visits are counted anonymously without cookies. Your language and consent choices are stored in your browser's local storage.

4. Who processes the data

  • Hosting — our servers in a European data centre, where the application and its database run.
  • Mailgun — sends transactional email (invitations, invoices, password resets).
  • Google Analytics — anonymous visit statistics on the public pages, subject to your cookie consent.
  • Sentry (self-hosted) — error reports so we can fix crashes; configured not to receive personal data.

5. Retention and deletion

Workspace data is kept for as long as your workspace is active, plus backups retained for about one month. Access-request records are kept while the request is being handled. You can ask us to delete your workspace or your contact-form record at any time — write to the address below.

6. Your rights and contact
